Q1. “Can you assist us with obtaining planning permission”?

JMP Property Services Ltd can assist you with permitted development applications supplying basic drawings and materials use for formal approval. However, for projects requiring full planning permission, JMP recommend the use of a local architect and planning consultant.

Yes, JMP Property Services Ltd has been registered with Checkatrade for over 5 years and have obtained over 106 positive votes/reviews for their building works and property refurbishments.

Q3. “Can you undertake electrical works”?

Yes, JMP Property Services Ltd are 18th Edition electricians, and can help with everything electrical, from a simple broken socket to a full property rewire. JMP are Registered with NICEIC / ELECSA (Registration No. EPPS 33772).

Q4. “Are you able to carry out bespoke joinery and carpentry”?

Yes, all aspects of bespoke joinery and carpentry are undertaken by one of JMP’s city and guilds qualified carpenters.

Q5. “Do we need to pay a deposit”?

Yes, typically we require a small deposit and is dependant on the size of the project.

Q6. “Are you still operating during the COVID-19 pandemic”?

JMP Property Services Ltd will endeavor to remain open and fully operational during the Covid-19 pandemic. That is unless JMP are advised to close due to government guidance and any relevant tier system or imposed lockdown.

Yes, JMP Property Services Ltd are official members of IKBBI (Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom installers. They have also earned the Trust Mark government endorsed standards badge (trustmark.org.uk), are registered with Checkatrade and belong to the Association of Master Tradesmen (Registration no: 11829915).

Q8. “What areas do you cover”?

The following are the predominant areas that JMP Property Services Ltd carryout construction and building works for: Hampshire (Fleet, Aldershot, Farnborough, Farnham, Basingstoke, Reading), Surrey and Berkshire.

However, if your project is right for their team then they are happy to travel beyond these areas when appropriate to do so.

Their project lead times change constantly, please get in-touch for a formal estimate / quote and JMP will be happy to advise you on current lead times based on their workload at the relevant time.
